Face Reading: Your Face Reflects Your Personality

Like other forms of divination, Face readings are a practice that is used to understand one’s character, personality, capabilities, as well as things that he/she may encounter in the near future. Face readings are a study based on a person’s facial structure, features, and expressions that may benefit people in various ways. In many parts of the world, the practice is also known by the name Physiognomy or Personology.

We are believed to have a strong connection between our facial features and personality traits and it is these personality traits that are interpreted during a Face reading. Only an experienced face reader can interpret the meaning of each line on your face, and develop an accurate profile of your personality traits; they can then use this information to help solve issues related to your health, relationships, business and social life.

One can also use the art of face reading as a technique to have an immediate advantage in every face-to-face interaction, as it enables a person to judge people simply by the time they finish with shaking hands only.

History

Though the practice of Face reading has been around for decades, earliest roots of its usage are traced back to 2600 BC, during the time of the Yellow Emperor in China. At that time, it was used as a tool to diagnose health problems in humans. It was believed that that each part of our face is related to a particular organ, and people used to use this method as a way of curing the various diseases in ancient times.

How Does It Work?

The art of face reading involves a thorough study of one’s face, from the forehead to the chin. Face readings suggest each part of our face has a significance, and purpose of its own.

Based on the various theories of face reading, a human face is divided into three zones, where each zone represents a specific period in a human’s life. The age from 14 to 30 is represented by the top part of the face i.e. from the hairline to the middle of the eyebrows. The middle zone, which is from the eyebrow to the tip of the nose, represents the age of a person from 31 to 50 years. And the age 50 and over is represented by the lower part of the face, which is from the bottom of the nose to the tip of the chin. A person’s childhood years, from birth to the age of 13, are represented by the ears.

Following on from this, if all parts of the face are of equal length, a person is believed to have a balanced life. However, if there’s a difference between any feature, the dominant one turns out to be most effective period of a person’s life. And likewise, the shortest part indicates the most difficult period of an individual’s life.
